Things you need to think about after installation
Set a user creation policy - or configure SurgeNews to create users automatically via a mail/pop server, or select a user authentication module to use your existing user database.
Decide if you just want local groups, a selection of groups, or all groups.
If importing news from another server with the intention of 'upgrading' be sure to set item number replication so the numbering matches.
Decide on a charging mechanism that will cover your network costs and upstream costs.
