Are you connecting to a real webserver instead of surgemail, if
iis is running on port 80 then surgemail won't be able to grab it,
try
http://mail.abcd1234.biz:7080/surgeweb
If that works, then the problem is iis, just stop /disable it and
restart surgemail.
