Hello everyone, I am troubleshooting incoming smtp using STARTTLS. I am using the site checktls.com to troubleshoot. There are not errors or blocked traffic on my router. This issue seems to be with surgemail directly. I am receiving a message when testing using checktls.com
TLS is not an option on this server |
01 17:21:19.76:2880: SurgeSMTP 7.3e2-2, User connected (159.89.187.50) (x.x.x.x) Port (25)
01 17:21:19.76:2880: scmd: Welcome delay for (159.89.187.50) of 0 seconds
01 17:21:19.79:2880: smtp:[159.89.187.50] In: EHLO checktls.com
01 17:21:19.79:2880: scmd: Sending STARTTLS to (159.89.187.50)
01 17:21:19.79:2880: smtp:[159.89.187.50] Out: 250-host.com. Hello checktls.com (159.89.187.50)
01 17:21:19.84:2880: smtp:[159.89.187.50] In: MAIL FROM:<test@checktls.com>
01 17:21:19.93:2880: smtp:[159.89.187.50] Out: 250 Command MAIL OK
01 17:21:19.98:2880: smtp:[159.89.187.50] In: RCPT TO:<user@host.com>
I see the sending starttls message to destination but still there is a failure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Jerome
