It depends a bit on which version of surgemail and which buttons
you press, but yes assume it will over-write it, and save your
current ones first (suregmail/ssl/*) , then restore them and
restart surgemail after you have created your csr.

I need to rename the server
I would like to have a new
cert ready for the day we do the change.
If I click "Create CSR" on
my mailserver, does this overwrite the existing cert? I need
the existing cert to be valid until we switch.
