Ah and surgemail version as well actually?
I just tested this using chrome on windows 10 and latest surgemail distribution build and it was still fine. I may not have all the microsoft updates etc on this machine as yet as I am mobile with a low data cap just at the moment.
Let me know version info details and I'll see what else I can test for you. Actually, if you have a test account I can see this in action on, drop me the login details (offlist) and I'll run some tests direct on that to rule out surgemail version / surgeweb template version issues.

Hi
Up until today, I have always been able to log onto Surgeweb,
Click on a mail, then click the little arrow (top right of the message)
And it would open in its own window.
Now, after a Microsoft update last night, when I do this, I am presented with another logon page if I fill in details I have another Normal Surgemail.
I am using Chrome.
Also Happens in Firefox.
