Maybe, if the customer knew it was an option, he would prefer it to go into a seperate spam folder with no markings?
That's what I do.

No… that’s all understood and works as expected.
We have the default set to detect at level 8 and higher, and deliver to INBOX and mark subject with "Spam:********".
For certain clients (domains), we use a different detection level, such as 10.
Everybody is happy except for one particular client, who would like a less-obtrusive marking for his domain, e. g. just stars without the word "Spam:". He still wants the detected spam marked and delivered to the INBOX, however.
My understanding is: I can set the word used to mark the subject globally using g_spam_subject_word.
My question: is there an equivalent that works at the domain level?
Thanks,
Chris

Yes you can enable the level at which subject tagging occurs (if at all) for the user, domain or global, (in user accounts at the bottom of the page you will find links to the domain and global spam settings)
My preference is to turn off that setting at the system level and let people use the spam folder instead or individually turn it on if they really want subject tagging.
