To re-run the deletion I would add it back into surgemail.ini
manually, then delete it again.�
You only need to add the vdomain line, and mailbox_path lines,
the rest of the settings don't matter for this purpose.
If that still fails, then I would be inclined to just delete (or
rename) the mailbox_path for that domain which is all that really
needs to be done.

make sure all the same steps are taken as with a normal domain
delete? Or what is the best way to handle this?
