Ha, I was thinking it was an over-run too, but now I remember we
took a short cut in how we use the internal last-try figure....
On the first failure, in some situations it wants to retry in 5
minutes (in the case of a dns issue for example which may come
right if tried again), but the retry time is 1 hour, and rather
than adjust the logic that queue's the message to try again, we
adjusted the 'retry' time to be 55 minutes in the past in order to
force a retry in 5 minutes time...
With the result that the last-try is lying to you :-)
