Tom,
The warning can be emailed, but I just can’t find the email where Netwin told me how to do that.
I think the other is g_expire_trash:

Subject: [SurgeMail List] Quota messages
looking at implementing quotas on our server.
we have been doing testing and the user is advised when over 80% if using Surgeweb but there is no email telling them??
So Outlook and other mail client users would not know until they get calls saying mail is not getting through.
In our searching, also noticed, people leave mail in there deleted / trash folder.
i looked at nightly rules but cannot see how to vanish mail older than xx days from trash,
this per domain would be great.?
