Yes, that folder is open. I can access a file called test.htm in that folder and you should be able to do that, too.

Hi,
I fooling around with ssl_update on a windows iis server.
When I run ssl_update, it makes this line:
Created C:\inetpub\wwwroot\.well-known\/acme-challenge/
so the file ends up in the directory .well-known since that's the last valid directory in that command.
