Generally, messing with the rule file is not going to provide any
benefits.
General guide for combating spam.
1) update to latest release
2) use config checker and turn on all suggested settings
3) Set your spam level to 8 or 10 (don't go below 10 if
setting a system default though)
4) provide some training data by dropping some messages in
the spam folder from problem account
5) If still getting spam send me 2-4 of examples (headers)
along with
tellmail spam_settings problemuser@xyz.com
