I am currently on leave and on the verge of zero internet... couple of suggestions:
- Check the surgemail/scripts/cal.log to make sure the requests are actually hitting the expected surgemail server?
- Have you recently started rejecting all http requests / enforcing https requests only?
- Check surgeweb.log / mail.err to see if any useful error codes are getting logged
In recent builds it was possible to get configuration setup that resulted surgeweb not getting valid responses to the web requests to sabredav.
