Is there any way to get DLIST to include a standard prefix line in every
message it sends? Sort of like a footer that appears ahead of the
message text. (I am not using the term "header" since that has another
very specific meaning.)
Motivation: I have a "conversation list" set to reply to the list and
users keep replying to the list when they really want to reply to the
sender. If I set the list to reply to sender then the opposite problem
occurs.
Having a warning that replies go to the whole list in the footer is
useless since people don't read down that far and in extended
conversations the footer gets farther away from the top.
