Firstly, not everything in mail.err flagged as an error is an
error, we send a few log entries to that log each day for critical
daily events so you can kind of see that things are running
normally and if the server does die you can see if it was just
after it started some significant nightly process.
If you are using letsencrypt then once a day it has to copy the
ssl certificates from the letsencrypt folders to the surgemail/ssl
files and reload them. this log entry may appear even if you
aren't using letsencrypt.
