Chris,
Here are our friends.log an ini. I tried to send more info, but the
list won't accept as it was to much data.

Chris,
I tried sending the friends log and ini with some screen shots to
show you what we are seeing, but the list server would not allow as
package was too large (300K). Do you have a direct email link I can
send this to?

Are you saying you are still getting that warning even though
it isn't using the spam held folder, or are you saying you are
still
getting messages 'into' your spam held folder.
If the latter can you send me the user log file (friend.log
from the users directory) and friend.ini

I think you’re looking for the

I have an annoying problems. I have
a few clients that get the Spam report with the line:
Warning: You
are using surgemail spam held for storing suspected
spam. This is no longer the recommended optimal
technique for quaranteening spam.
When I check their Spam settings, they are indeed set
up for the recommended Friends system and Spam
settings are are set to never hold, never reject,
never everything...
I know this happens as my account sends spams to the
old Held folders and I have my Spam settings set for
Friends system only.
Question: Since we have ALL users use Surgeweb for web
email, how do I turn off the old Spam Held mechanisms
so no email ever gets sent to these old folders?
