  Distribution lists are defined in the authentication database and have advantages over other surgemail alternatives :
- Easier to manage than dlist mailing lists or redirection rule based grouping
- A single failed delivery will not stop other deliveries (unlike redirect rules)
- They get expanded serverside during SMTP so are available from any mail client
- From surgeweb these are available as expandable groups in authentication database based addressbooks   note: "delete this list" will delete ||full_name|| distribution list.
