DLIST Built in Mailing List Handling with SurgeMail

SurgeMail has a built in Mailing List Server to handle large and small lists (10-20,000 recipients).

SurgeMail Users or Administrators can add/remove users using the web admin interface.  Or import lists of recipients from a text file.  

End users (recipients) can also add/remove themselves from the lists.
