SurgeMail with Mirror / Replication license. If your Mail system is mission critical we recommend you include a Mirror license. SurgeMail automatically keeps the main and mirror systems synchronized. A Mirror License allows you to run a full live backup system to protect you and your users from hardware faults. The mirror can be off-site for greater protection.

Yes. We really get people complaining about our prices being unbelievably good value, they want to know what the catch is! If you really try you can spend up to 1000 times more (I'm not joking) for similar products from other companies.

Well it's simple. Instead of paying a salesman to ring you up three times, come and talk to you in person, take you out to lunch etc. and generally spend several thousand dollars 'clinching the sale' we decided to set prices that were more than fair and geared to a volume market.

We want you to be so impressed with our product and prices that you tell your friends how good they are. That way we don't waste money on marketing and advertising and you don't have to pay a silly amount for our software as a result.

Upgrades between user limits - are the difference in price.

You can safely choose the cheapest license in the category that matches your use, and then upgrade for the difference in price if / when your user base increases.

• A 'call' is defined as an incident covering up to 24 hours, it may involve several calls, only one call per day is chargeable.
• The per call price is in addition to the annual fee.
• The Emergency email support gives you a special email address to use when you have a mission critical issue that needs resolving. With this option you can get through to us in the evening or weekends.
• Priority support ensures that an engineer is dedicated to your problem and ignores any other non priority customer work until your issue is resolved.
