There appears to be some conversations about the 'New Outlook App' from 
Microsoft.  It's seems that the app will forward user login id and 
password to Microsoft's cloud and it's being cached there.

My question to NetWin is if you can add a counter to track password 
failures to a given account for say a rolling period of 24hrs.

 From the discussions, it was tested and supposedly confirmed that after 
the related account was turned off and no legit further attempts to use 
that account occur, there were continued login attempts from Microsoft 
IP address space for months.
