8. Address books and distribution lists

• Many phones have small keyboards so any way of reducing the number of characters typed will help.
• WAPMails companion product CWMail and DMailWeb let users setup address books and distribution list. So rather than entering ralph@netwin.co.nz the user can enter ralph or rhp
• A name for a list of email addresses can also be setup so that a WAPMail users can quickly send a note to a small group of people.
• If fred is entered into the To field and fred is not an address or distribution list name then it is converted to fred@server.com
