FYI. Update for the list.

It is a surgemail bug related to this setting:  g_rename_content, which 
is one of the rare settings that 'does' make surgemail mess with message 
contents.  I recommend removing that setting in the mean time, the bug 
will be fixed in builds 7.3f30 and later.
