Yes No Maybe....
g_archive (and the legal archive feature, which we recommend
instead), archive incoming and outgoing email to another drive /
location. But it's a flat archive bearing no relation to the users
folders - it's searchable, and users can restore directly from it
(if you enable that).
There is also a user setting (visible in user.cgi user self admin
settings) to 'archive' old messages to other folders
automatically. And there are global settings g_inbox_archive and
g_sent_archive which do that for everyone (so you can make it so
messages in the inbox older than 90 days (for example) are moved
to a folder Archives/yyyy/Inbox
Lastly, in the most recent builds there is an option
(g_recylcing) to enable a system_recycling folder which
essentially shows deleted messages for a period of time after the
user deletes them, this allows users to restore accidental deletes
themselves.

Hi
I need some explanation of g_archive?
It seems that the Archives can be held on another drive.
Does it Archive all folders for the user into distinct
folders? Or only inbox and sent.
I have had a few users asking how to archive their folder
structure ??
