How long is your surgemail set to retry messages? Not sure if the hour counter rolls over at 60 hrs(which is less than 72 hrs or 3 days) or if it rolls over at 100 hrs? It depends on how they do the math inside Surgemail. I don't have any messages close to 72 hrs right now. I keep trying for 72 hrs. I have one message sitting at 52 hrs 38 mins so tomorrow at this time, we will know if it rolls at 60 or not. Looking at the message you will see when it was sent. Hours:Minutes:Seconds
Age = how long the message has been in the Queue
Last-Try = how long since last try to send
Next-Try = how long until next try to send
The numbers are not clock time, but elasped time since or until.
