I tend to agree the loop in the eightfresh.com domain spf entry could be causing the problem. Certainly worth fixing it.

Correct domain is lovfresh.com, they want us to do their mail, 

I added the 203.19.159.27 to the SPF record, thinking that would help but to no avail.

We have a customer that now has mail with us but their web site and DNS records with another.

I have changed their DNS records on the other server but when I check if mail working OK With DNSstuff.com

It throws this error. Their mail is on fixed IP 203.19.159.27
