Generally, messing with the rule file is not going to provide any benefits.

General guide for combating spam.

    1) update to latest release

    2) use config checker and turn on all suggested settings

    3) Set your spam level to 8 or 10 (don't go below 10 if setting a system default though)

    4) provide some training data by dropping some messages in the spam folder from problem account

    5) If still getting spam send me  2-4 of examples (headers) along with

        tellmail spam_settings problemuser@xyz.com

Does anyone have a good mfilter.rul file that works well for you and if so, would you be able to share it? Trying to combat spam and not great at creating my own rules but can read the file and understand and modify to my liking. Thank in advance.
