 email compromise (BEC) scams hit $26 billion. The frequency of

 BEC scams has increased year over year and so has the value of

There is a scrollbar in the message list and message display with the message list, it is just an minimal one (like is all the trend these days) where it hides when not needed. 

If you move the mouse the scroll bar should appear and you cal drag it as normal. If there is an issue with that not working I need to know what browser and platform the user is using.

But yes, I could fairly easily add a setting to disable the fancy modern scrollbar code and it should revert to the normal scrollbar behaviour.
