No, sure you can manually check the config file, but it should actually have corrected the paths itself. Fix if needed or if you want to move something to another drive maybe..., then continue with the resync commands.

Yes u can and should mirror the config, it won't copy the path settings, it's important that g_mailbox_path is correct on the new system as it will use that to construct valid domain paths.
