This log line just means something tried and failed to connect via ssl protocol, It is quite safe to ignore.

Nah, it's still doing it. It's found in the msg log: ssl 92.118.38.83 unknown <unknown> 0 unknown "SSL error gave up after 11 seconds (28 attempts) SSL_reading" and in the smtp log: 21 09:19:02.00:2866427648: smtp: ssl failed SSL error gave up after 11 seconds (28 attempts) SSL_reading (from IP 92.118.38.83) 21 09:19:02.00:2866427648: smtp: Closing connection 92.118.38.83, task took 11 seconds Couple of thousand times a day. I tried blocking the IP and blocking the SMTP IP with no joy.
