Tom, Migrating mailboxes from one IMAP server to another is really quite straightforward, except for the edge cases where it isn’t. SurgeMail has a built-in migration facility, which is probably a good option, but I’ve always used Imapsync, <https://imapsync.lamiral.info> and it has worked perfectly every time, so that’s what I would recommend.
