Pretty sure the 13 minutes is accurate for the age. It definitely had been sent recently — a matter of minutes not hours. How long is your surgemail set to retry messages? Not sure if the hour counter rolls over at 60 hrs(which is less than 72 hrs or 3 days) or if it rolls over at 100 hrs? I keep seeing things like the second line here, which don't make sense to me...
