Ha, I was thinking it was an over-run too, but now I remember we took a short cut in how we use the internal last-try figure....
On the first failure, in some situations it wants to retry in 5 minutes (in the case of a dns issue for example which may come right if tried again), but the retry time is 1 hour, and rather than adjust the logic that queue's the message to try again, we adjusted the 'retry' time to be 55 minutes in the past in order to force a retry in 5 minutes time...
With the result that the last-try is lying to you :-)

Hi all, Can I please get a bit of clarification about what the "Age" and "Last-Try" columns mean on the mail queue screen? I keep seeing things like the second line here, which don't make sense to me... Since the values appear to be time intervals, how is the "last try" prior to the "age"? :-) Thanks!
