Hi I am getting to the point now that customers are wanting to keep mail over a longer period. With mail getting larger in size, this is causing problems. It would be great if customers could archive to their local PC. This is doable with Outlook, BUT a lot of my users like using Surgeweb. Is there a way to have archive folders local??? I realise these would not be available if accessing mail from another PC. Maybe a two tier archive.
